Much like the cobbler's children, Nelson didn't get much of a decorated cake for his birthday as I was busy with other orders. But I do believe he got one of the best tasting ones.

This is my new chocolate stout cake recipe, with my new peanut butter buttercream icing, and a fondant iPod on top.

We served it with Moose Tracks ice cream.

Word on the street is ... it tastes like a giant Reese's peanut butter cup CAKE. And it smells heavenly!
