Well, she's not really "ours," but we claim her anyway. She and her parents recently moved to the city north of us that shall not be named, and we miss her dearly. She wanted a 'bernilla' Elmo cake this year for her birthday. Since it had to go on the plane with her daddy (in overhead baggage), it had to be smaller and less elaborate than years past. A simple 8" square 2-layer cake ... with enough red dye in Elmo's body to keep dozens of preschoolers wired up for hours! Festive randomly-placed polka dots adorn the sides of the cake. Happy Birthday, Annie!

Our Annie turns 3
