My apologies ...

Yes, I know. You are all getting pretty sick of looking at Snoopy. I've posted a few new pictures below so your eyes will no longer get tired and your spirit won't sink when you check out my blog.

I had such a busy first half of December that I hardly had time to take photos of the cakes before they went out the door. Then, I intentionally took the rest of December off in order to focus on friends, family and frivolity during Christmas.

Then, we found out we're going to be grandparents for the first time this coming August! So the frivolity continued for a while.

But I'm back in the cake saddle again, so pictures will be forthcoming. I made a beautiful purple butterfly cake yesterday, but didn't get a picture of it before it fluttered out the door. The birthday girl took a picture with her cell phone so I'll try to figure out how to get that uploaded here.

One more cake today and one tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Congratulations on the upcoming baby! There's nothing better than becoming a grandparent. A new baby to spoil and then send back to the parents when they cry...what could be better?

AUnt KEvin...CONGRATULATIONS! How exciting. How is Erin feeling? All is well here. THe baby is moving and we're under way moving Kennedy in with Ellie. The girls are so excited. Then we're going to paint the baby's room. I love the old room, but it's time for a change! I hope you are well! Hugs to everyone! Love Jana

Thanks, Kelli. And thanks exactly how we think about it ... love and spoil the heck out of them and send them home when they cry ;-)

Thanks, Jana. Erin is finally leaving the days of morning sickness behind, but still gets pretty tired and has to eat little bits all day long. All is well with her and all of the rest of us.

So exciting to be great aunt & uncle again!!! We've loved having 3 kids. I know guys will, too. Love keeping up with you on your blog. I don't know how you teach all day and still keep up with two busy little girls with another one in the oven. You must be Superwoman!

Love to you all.

Hi Jean,

Thank you. We are all beyond excited. Their midwife is all lined up, and now I'm thinking ahead to "what is the best LLL group in town?" Do you still lead the group at TWH?

Jean said...

No, not personally, but I am still a Leader as of this writing. I personally would highly recommend the Group at TWH, but there's another Group in the MOntrose area if that is any more convenient. 'My' Group at TWH is nice because we offer both morning and evening meetings. She can go to lllhouston.org to see a list of all Houston area meetings. Oh, this is just so cool!

Okay, thanks Jean. Will check it all out. And yes, it IS so cool. My babies are starting to have babies! Must mean I'm really old ;-)
